VSRF buys in Vevey and La Plaine
The VSRF Valres Swiss Residential fund has acquired two properties. The first property is located in Vevey, in the Bosquets neighborhood near the train station.
It is an old industrial building that is currently being converted. Twelve units are being created, including studios, lofts and apartments.
The second property is located in La Plaine and includes 16 apartments and a building plot.
VSRF was launched in November 2014 by Valres Fund Management SA. The real estate fund under Swiss law buys and develops residential properties in French-speaking Switzerland. (ah)
