Capital increase for Helvetica Swiss Commercial
The capital increase for the real estate fund Helvetica Swiss Commercial will start on November 20, 2017, as announced by the fund management company Helvetica Property Investors.
The issue proceeds will be used for the further expansion of the real estate portfolio, Helvetica Property Investors announces. The subscription period runs from November 20 to December 15, 2017. One subscription right will be allocated to each existing share. Two subscription rights entitle to the subscription of one new unit against payment of the issue price in cash. There will be no official subscription rights trading. Subscription rights not exercised during the subscription period will expire worthless and without compensation.
The fund management reserves the right to take over unsubscribed units after the subscription period and subsequently place them on the market free of charge together with the custodian bank or third parties. The issue price of CHF 105.11 (net per new unit, excluding issue commission) was determined in accordance with the fund contract. It is based on the audited net asset value as of June 30, 2017 of CHF 104.17 per unit and includes the changes in value of the properties, the purchase in current income as well as the incidental costs according to the fund contract for the benefit of the fund assets.
Deducted 3.50 per unit for the distribution of income, which will be made on January 5, 2018 for the first fiscal year from December 15, 2016 to December 31, 2017. The Fund's portfolio properties were revalued as of September 30, 2017.
