Zurich: Benci Brothers opens flagship store

For its new store, the company has rented a 200 sqm corner shop at Sihlstrasse 37 in downtown Zurich. It offers welted women's and men's shoes, bags, belts and other small leather goods.

"Brick-and-mortar retailing definitely has its place, even in today's world," says Flaviano Bencivenga, owner of the shoe manufacturer. "However, we need to evoke emotions and offer added value at the point of sale." At Benci Brothers, he says, the focus is on high-quality materials and traditional craftsmanship, which is why the store's interior design focused primarily on wood and leather. The highlight of the store equipment is a Ducati Monster R. The new store is intended to convey harmony between furniture, design elements and products and to be a place that invites you to linger.
