SF Commercial Properties Fund raises 126 million
The real estate fund SF Commercial Properties Fund announces the completion of its capital increase. Through the issue, the fund will receive new money amounting to the maximum gross amount of CHF 126 million.
The capital increase took place from October 30 to November 17, 2017 and was carried out by means of a rights offering (subscription ratio 1:1). According to the fund management, all of the maximum 1.2 million new units were issued at a net issue price of CHF 105.
As a result, the SF Commercial Properties Fund received gross new money of 126 million. The number of units outstanding is now 2.4 million.
The new units will be paid on November 24, 2017, the same day on which all fund units will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The index inclusion in the SXI Real Estate Broad as well as the SXI Real Estate Funds Broad will take place from November 27 to November 29, 2017, with one third each of the outstanding units.
The SF Commercial Properties Fund invests in real estate with a focus on industry, logistics, commercial and retail throughout Switzerland. The focus is on industrial and production sites with very good transport links as well as logistics properties and distribution areas with long-term contracts.
