The building was designed by Graber Pulver Architekten and is scheduled to be ready for occupancy in 2020. In addition to the 137 rental apartments, the anchor tenant Tertianum will set up a care center and 78 retirement apartments there. Commercial space will be created on the first floor and second floor.

The development, which consists of four towers above a two-story base, is part of the second construction phase on the Geistlich site and is intended to set an urban accent with the 45-meter-high high-rise building. A "Rue Intérieure" provides access to the building sections with the various uses. The rental apartments are diverse: there are classic apartments, maisonettes and large cluster apartments, according to Geistlich Immobilia. The target group is a younger audience.

In the second construction phase, a total of three new buildings are being built by the investors Geistlich and Helvetia, which are expected to be ready for occupation in 2020 and 2021. At the same time, the public Rietpark will continue to be completed, taking up around half of the total area of the Rietpark. In the middle of the park, protected small buildings from the time of the industrial use of the area will be converted into small attractions that will serve as meeting places: An old transformer station, for example, will become a slide tower and the gardener's house will house a summer restaurant.
