Swiss Prime Site buys Iseli site in Regensdorf
Swiss Prime Site Immobilien has acquired the Iseli site in Regensdorf in the Zurich agglomeration. The real estate company intends to develop the 25,000 sqm commercial property.

The Regensdorf Iseli site is currently home to eight multifunctional commercial halls used by craft and service businesses from the construction and engineering industries. Swiss Prime Site currently estimates the rental income at CHF 1.35 million.
The real estate company intends to greatly increase the density of the site in Regensdorf, which has its own rail connection: The current floor space of around 17,000 sqm is to be increased by a further 40,000 sqm, announced Peter Lehmann, CEO of Swiss Prime Site Immobilien. Swiss Prime Site will be able to develop "tailor-made buildings that the market demands".
According to the real estate company, the Regendorf location will become more attractive in the coming years due to the completion of the "Regensdorf Bahnhof Nord" development area and the expansion of the Gubrist Tunnel. The municipality expects a further 8,000 inhabitants by 2040.
