Allreal: Peter Mettler to become a member of the Board of Directors

There will be changes on the Board of Directors of Allreal Holding: Albert Leiser, a member of the Board of Directors since 2005, will resign at the 2018 Annual General Meeting. Peter Mettler will be proposed as a new member of the Board of Directors.

The Annual General Meeting of Allreal Holding will take place on April 20, 2018. Peter Mettler (born 1960), founder, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mettler2Invest as well as CEO and member of the Board of Directors of Novavest Real Estate AG, is to be elected to the Board of Directors then.

The other members of the Board of Directors - Bruno Bettoni, Dr. Ralph-Thomas Honegger, Andrea Sieber, Peter Spuhler, Olivier Steimer and Thomas Stenz - are standing for re-election.

In addition, the Board of Directors intends to propose the re-election of Honegger, Sieber and Spuhler to the Nomination and Compensation Committee. Honegger is to be Chairman of the Committee.
