SPS team moves to SFP Group
Several specialists from Swiss Prime Site Solutions AG will join the SFP Group in June of this year, SFP has announced.
The Swiss Prime Site Solutions team specializes in asset management in the real estate sector and has "extensive experience in the development of tailor-made services and investment products", according to SFP. The management team consists of "high-profile personalities", it continues. However, SPF is not disclosing the size of the team or who they are.
With these additions, the SFP Group intends to expand its product offering in the Real Estate Direct segment with the newly approved Real Estate Direct Switzerland investment group, according to a press release issued by the company. The plan is to offer investors more products in the foundation sector in addition to the current real estate funds and real estate stock corporations.
According to the company, the SFP Group's portfolio includes around 300 properties. The value of assets under management amounts to over CHF 3 billion.
