As announced by SFP Funds AG, three existing units will entitle the holder to one new unit. The issue price will be CHF 120 net per unit. The issue will be carried out on a commission basis ("best effort basis") as part of a public subscription offer in Switzerland. Subscription rights can be traded in the period from March 15, 2018 to March 27, 2018.

A maximum of around 1.65 million new shares will be issued. Any unsubscribed shares will not be issued, which may reduce the issue amount accordingly. The exact number of new shares to be issued will be determined after the end of the subscription period, according to SFP Funds.

Investors will be informed of the definitive number of new shares to be issued on April 4, and the new shares will then be paid out on April 6, 2018.

The issue proceeds are to be used for the further expansion and diversification of the real estate portfolio.
