New consulting firm COMRE in Zurich
Gunnar Gärtner, MRICS, founded the real estate consulting company COMRE AG, based in Zurich, in September. COMRE - the abbreviation stands for Consulting Management Real Estate - offers independent real estate valuations that are recognized by numerous banks.
In addition, the company is part of a network of real estate professionals with the aim of providing comprehensive advice throughout the entire life cycle of real estate.
Before becoming self-employed, Gunnar Gärtner worked for Kuoni Mueller & Partner, Wüest & Partner and Move Consultants in management positions for 15 years. He valued real estate portfolios and special properties nationwide and led teams of valuation specialists. Gärtner is an accredited valuation expert with renowned banks, a SEK/SVIT valuation expert and a certified appraiser (DIA, University of Freiburg im Breisgau). The civil engineer (Technical University of Berlin) is also a lecturer in the CAS Real Estate Valuation of SIREA. (ah)
