Vontobel fund buys shopping centre in Kaiserslautern
The open-ended special AIF Vontobel Sustainable Real Estate Europe has acquired the Fackelcenter in Kaiserslautern.
The Fackelcenter is a mixed-use retail and office building with eleven floors and 9,200 sqm of leasable space, located in the pedestrian zone of Kaiserslautern.
According to asset manager Quadoro Doric, which acquired the property for Vontobel Sustainable Real Estate Europe, the property is fully leased.
