PSREF plans capital increase
The Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund PSREF is planning a capital increase of around CHF 100 million in June.
The proceeds of the issue will be used to finance ongoing projects, expand the portfolio and repay debt financing, the company says.
According to plans, the subscription period will run from June 21 to July 3 and the subscribed capital will be paid in on July 9. The issue price and subscription ratio will be announced by the fund management of PSREF shortly before the capital increase. The issue will be carried out in compliance with the subscription rights of existing shareholders, it says.
PSREF manages assets of 800 million and invests in residential and mixed-use properties. The focus is reportedly on residential properties in the lower and medium rental price segments, primarily in the Lake Geneva region and on the Fribourg, Berne, Basel and Zug axis.
