Investis buys portfolio in Geneva
Investis continues to expand its real estate portfolio. According to the company, it has acquired a portfolio in Geneva.
The portfolio is reportedly six residential properties in a good location in Geneva with an annualized target rental income of CHF 2.5 million. The purchase price was CHF 52 million.
"The acquired properties show a high rental potential. In addition, the central location of this portfolio in Geneva convinced us," Investis CEO Stéphane Bonvin is quoted as saying in a statement.
