Zurich: BSI rents former Allianz headquarters
The private bank BSI SA will move into the former Allianz Suisse headquarters at Bleicherweg 19 in Zurich next year. The bank, which specializes in private wealth management, is renting around 4,500 sqm of office space in the property, which is owned by Allianz Suisse Versicherungs-Gesellschaft AG. BSI was advised by SPG Intercity Zurich AG.
The office space will serve as the new headquarters for BSI, which was recently acquired by BTG Pactual. This means that the former Allianz Suisse headquarters is almost fully leased after the extensive renovation currently underway. (ah)
