Regus plans location at iLife City in Etoy
The business centre operator Regus is expected to open its largest location in Switzerland to date in November. The company has leased 5,500 sqm in the iLife City business park in Etoy between Lausanne and Nyon.
The iLife City is located near Etoy station (VD) and covers 17,000 sqm. The centre consists of three buildings, a 10,000 sqm park and a central square for events and meetings. The space is used for offices, but also retail and leisure activities. Among other things, there is a crèche, a gym and a leisure park for children.
Regus will occupy an approximately 1,300 sqm business center on the ground floor of The EYE building, as well as approximately 3,500 sqm on the first, second and third floors. In The ARM building, co-working workplaces will be set up on 657 sqm. According to the company, this will create a total of 700 flexible workplaces.
"The demand for office space is very high in French-speaking Switzerland," says Garry Gürtler, Country Manager of Regus Switzerland. The centers in Nyon and Lausanne are heavily utilized and demand is rising. With iLife City, Regus has found an attractive new location with a lively infrastructure. Regus was advised on the lease by CBRE Geneva.
