HRS: Barend Fruithof becomes member of the Board of Directors

The well-known Swiss banker Barend Fruithof has been a new member of the Board of Directors of HRS Holding AG since May 1. This means that the board now consists of six members.

Barend Fruithof (49) is a member of the Executive Board of Bank Julius Baer, Head Switzerland & Global Custody. Previously, he was Head Corporate and Institutional Clients and a member of the Executive Board Switzerland of Credit Suisse for eight years. Fruithof holds an Executive MBA from HSG St. Gallen.

"Thanks to his many years of experience in the Swiss financial center, he will make an important contribution to further strengthening the company as a member of the HRS Board of Directors," HRS Holding said of Fruithof's appointment.

The company's Board of Directors thus now consists of six members: Roland Eberle (Chairman of the Board), Martin Kull (Vice Chairman and Delegate; CEO and owner of HRS), Rebecca Zuber (COO and owner), Ernst Schär, Dr. Arthur R. Wettstein and Barend Fruithof.

HRS Holding AG is made up of the companies HRS Real Estate, HRS Investment, HRS Promotion, HRS Renovation, HRS Real Estate AG Vaduz and HRS International. The owner-managed company, headquartered in Frauenfeld, is one of the major Swiss construction service providers and has 280 employees at 13 locations in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
