KPMG: Stefan Pfister remains CEO

Real estate expert Stefan Pfister has been nominated for a second term as CEO of KPMG Switzerland.

According to KPMG Switzerland, Stefan Pfister was confirmed as CEO at the partnership's spring meeting and nominated for a two four-year term.

Pfister joined KPMG in 2005 as Head of Real Estate and Partner. Four years later, he took over as Head of Transactions and Restructuring, and in 2011 he was appointed Head of Advisory and member of the Executive Board. Pfister has been CEO of KPMG Switzerland since 2014. He studied business administration at the University of St. Gallen and holds a degree in Corporate Real Estate Management from the European Business School (EBS).

Since Pfister took office in 2014, KPMG Switzerland says it has increased net revenue from 388 million to 424 million (+9.2%), while gross revenue rose from 497 million to 555 million (+11.6%). The company has around 2,000 employees at ten locations in Switzerland and one in Liechtenstein; internationally, KPMG employs 200,000 people in 154 countries and territories.
