According to Immofonds, the property was purchased with effect from June 1. It was built in 1931 and is in good condition thanks to continuous renovations, so that no major investments are expected in the coming years.
Typical for a building from the 1930s, the building has only a few load-bearing walls and accordingly the rental rooms can be flexibly subdivided. In total, the property comprises 1,021 sqm, which offer space for office and commercial areas as well as two apartments. The property has long-standing leases, Immofonds says.
