The Fine & Country licensing system originated in the UK and was developed for residential properties in the upper price segment. The company is now represented in 21 countries on four continents with around 330 license partners. Up-to-date world-wide approximately 20,000 real estates over the broker system are marketed, communicate Fine & Country.

The concept provides for real estate agents to appear under the Fine & Country label in addition to their own brand. As part of a globally expanding brand, the license partner benefits from references, the international network, the worldwide property portfolio and an exclusive clientele, says Michael Hemig, who acts as license partner in the DACH region. Each licensee receives an exclusive license area and, among other things, rights to use the brand name and logo.
