Crowdhouse launches platform for institutional investors
Crowdhouse AG has launched a new platform - crowdhouse private real estate. The provider of real estate crowdfunding aims to attract wealthy private individuals and institutional buyers as customers.
According to Crowdhouse, the new platform will revolutionize the purchase of investment properties. The previously analogue process will be digitalized and the usual transaction time of several months will be reduced to just a few days.
According to the company, all properties on offer are pre-negotiated, contractually secured and offered at a fixed purchase price. The properties will be evaluated in advance by external specialists; interested parties will be able to download all the necessary documents for their own due diligence. Once the purchase price has been determined, Crowdhouse coordinates the transfer of ownership. If desired, the company can also organize the financing and management of the property.
"Anyone who has tried to acquire an investment property can tell you a thing or two about how lengthy and nerve-wracking such processes can be," says Robert Plantak, CEO of Crowdhouse AG. "A market in which the transfer of ownership is as difficult as it has been up to now cannot work for all interested market participants," he says. That is why the crowdhouse private real estate platform is "the decisive step towards changing an inefficient, non-transparent and inaccessible market into a completely digital ecosystem".
