Two new buildings with residential, commercial and multifunctional areas are to be built by spring 2020. The real estate investor Remo Pedrazzini has commissioned Implenia AG as total contractor to realize the project.

The new complex offers two types of accommodation: Rooms for older people who want to remain independent for as long as possible by living in their own home, and apartments for families. According to Implenia, the aim is to create a multi-generational housing estate in which young people, adults and older people can live together at moderate rental costs.

The new structure combines "a familiar environment and carefully designed spaces with reasonable costs, making it attractive for future tenants". There are multifunctional areas on the first floor of both buildings: The building for the elderly will have multi-purpose rooms where activities are organized and where tenants can meet and spend time socializing, while the first floor of the building for families will have a crèche.
