Zurich: Office building on Escher Wyss site is let
A single tenant was found for the commercial property at Hardstrasse 301 on the Escher Wyss site in Zurich around two years before completion.
The office building is currently being constructed on site D of the Escher Wyss site. The project is being realized by the renowned architectural firm Caruso St. John. Allreal, as the owner, puts the total investment volume at CHF 33.2 million.
According to CBRE, which is supporting the owner in the marketing process, a single tenant has been found for the entire property. The tenant of the approximately 5,500 sqm is an internationally active financial services company that intends to move into the new building in the first quarter of 2021. (ah)
