Stein: Start of construction for Neumatt-Stein.ch project
At the beginning of September, ground was broken in Stein (AG) for the Neumatt-Stein.ch condominiums and rental apartments, a project by Fortimo AG.
Not far from the community center of Stein (AG), six residential buildings are being built with 40 rental apartments and 72 owner-occupied apartments (2 to 5 rooms) in the Minergie-P standard and smart home equipment. The first apartments will be ready for occupancy in the fall of 2020.
According to Fortimo, around 20 percent of the condominiums had already been sold and 25 percent of the rental apartments had been rented before construction began. (bw)
