Raiffeisen Futura generates 56 million
The Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund received CHF 56 million in its capital increase.
Within the subscription period from 27 August to 14 September 2018, around 616,000 new unit certificates totalling CHF 56 million were subscribed, Raiffeisen says. The total fund volume had thus risen to just under 300 million.
The fund was launched in March 2014 and invests in sustainable new construction projects, existing buildings and conversions throughout Switzerland, with a focus on residential properties. The properties are held in direct real estate ownership. The portfolio currently has a total volume of CHF 236 million and consists of 17 existing properties and two new construction projects. The annualized return over the last three years is stated at 3.7 percent. (ah)
