Zurich: On becomes anchor tenant at Atmos
At the same time as the foundation stone was laid for PSP Swiss Property's Atmos project in Zurich West, it was announced that an anchor tenant had already been found for the property: The running shoe brand On will set up its headquarters in the new building.
The existing buildings at Förrlibuckstrasse 178/180 and Hardturmstrasse 181/183/185 will be replaced by the new Atmos building. On October 4, 2018, the foundation stone was laid for the construction project, in which PSP Swiss Property says it is investing around CHF 130 million.
A total of 23,600 sqm of leasable space is being created; CBRE has been commissioned with the marketing. The running shoe brand On is renting 10,600 sqm of office and commercial space, equivalent to 45 percent. The company plans to set up its headquarters in Atmos from 2021, when construction work is due to be completed. (ah)
