La Chaux-de-Fonds: ACG Immobilier to build "ILOT" project
ACG Immobilier SA is constructing a mixed-use building in the center of La Chaux-de-Fonds. Implenia is realizing the "ILOT" project as a total contractor with an investment volume of more than CHF 40 million.
In addition to office and commercial space, the development will also house rental or condominium apartments and a public parking garage in the basement. Groundbreaking is scheduled for May 2017, and the project is expected to be completed in September 2019. (ah)
