Basel: Regus becomes tenant in Stücki Park
Regus plans to open a location in Stücki Park next spring. It will be the business center operator's third location in Basel.
According to Regus, the new center will house around 160 workstations on a good 1,000 square meters from March 2019. Flexible offices and coworking workplaces for small, medium and large companies are planned.
Stücki Park in the north of Basel will be redesigned and expanded by 2023: The already
existing buildings will be connected to one another, and four additional
building complexes. The new Stücki Park will then include a hotel, cinemas, a shopping mall, restaurants and offices.
With the new Basel center, Regus will operate 41 locations in Switzerland from next spring. The company is already represented in Basel with the Clarahuus Center and the City Center. Regus was supported by CBRE Zurich in this project. (ah)
