UBS Direct Residential expands portfolio

UBS announced that the transfer of ownership of the almost fully let residential portfolio with properties in the cantons of Zurich, St. Gallen, Solothurn, Bern and Aargau took place at the end of November. This will increase the earnings base by around CHF 3.4 million or twelve percent. No further details, such as the seller or the price, were provided.

A land purchase agreement was signed with the municipality of Niederhasli near Zurich in mid-November. In Niederhasli, the fund is planning a new replacement building directly on the village square with four properties and a total investment volume of around 32 million.  (ah)
