Lucerne: Cecile and Anton goes to market

The Cecile and Anton project of Eggstein Immobilien AG is the last part of the new Lucerne district of Tribschenstadt, which has been developed in recent years on a 53,000 sqm site between Werkhofstrasse, Tribschenstrasse and Landenbergstrasse.

The development includes 111 apartments, with a mix ranging from 2.5- to 4.5-room apartments to attic and maisonette apartments to residential studios and studio lofts. According to information on the project website, the first apartments will be ready for occupancy from May this year.

The real estate service provider Welcome Immobilien has been commissioned to lease and manage the site and began marketing it at the beginning of this year. As expected, demand has been brisk, which means that marketing has got off to a successful start, the company says. (ah)
