Acron Helvetia I completes capital increase
The real estate company Acron Helvetia I has increased its capital by about one million CHF.

The extraordinary general meeting of Acron Helvetia I had decided in January to increase the capital by up to around CHF 4 million to a maximum of 8.36 million. Within the framework of the emissin, however, significantly fewer new registered shares have now been issued than would have been possible. According to Acron, 181,038 shares have been issued for CHF 5.60 each. The volume of the capital increase thus totals around CHF 1.01 million.
After the transaction, the share capital of the company amounts to approximately 5.37 million or 959,235 registered shares with a par value of CHF 5.60 each. The shares are fully paid up. The newly issued registered shares are listed as of March 21, 2019.
