Zurich: WayRay and Allianz rent at Bleicherweg
A total of 1,800 sqm of office space has been let in the Bleicherweg 72 commercial building.
The anchor tenant in the property in Zurich's business district is reinsurer Qatar RE. Now the start-up WayRay and Allianz Risk Transfer have also moved in.
Allianz Risk Transfer and Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty merge their two locations on Bleicherweg. The Lausanne-based company WayRay establishes its new headquarters in Zurich. WayRay develops augmented reality technologies that can be used in the automotive sector, for example to project information onto the windshield.
