Procimmo: Changes in the Board of Directors
Serge Ledermann is the new Chairman of the Board of Directors at Procimmo. He succeeds Patrick Richard, who has resigned from the board. Vice Chairman Philippe Beckers has also stepped down.
Patrick Richard co-founded Procimmo in 2007 and headed the real estate company for many years. In 2015, he retired from operational management and took over as Chairman of the Board of Directors. As Procimmo announces, he is now leaving the Board of Directors to devote himself to his activities in the USA.
Richard's successor will be Serge Ledermann, who works as a consultant for various foundations, pension funds and family offices and also serves as an independent board member for companies in the financial services sector. Previously, he was on the management boards of Retraites Populaires and the private banks J. Safra Sarasin, Lombard Odier and Union Bancaire Privée Gestion Institutionelle.
As of April 1, Philippe Beckers, Vice Chairman of the Procimmo Board of Directors, also resigned. He had been a member of the board since the end of 2012. He is succeeded by entrepreneur Yves Hervieu-Causse. He has built up, among others, Aforge Finance and Hugo Fund Services SA, where he is a delegated board member, and Acolin Holding, where he is currently vice chairman.
Arno Kneubühler, CEO of Procimmo, has also joined the Board of Directors as a delegate as of April 1, 2019. This is to ensure an optimal transition between the management and the new Board of Directors, says Procimmo. Dominique de Saint Pierre will remain a member of the Board of Directors. (ah)
