The Hive in Meyrin is being developed by Hiag as a campus for technology companies. LEM is now the fourth anchor user on the site - after Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HP Inc. and Regus.

The new building for the listed LEM comprises an area of around 7,000 sqm with office space as well as two floors for the research and development unit and a production unit, Hiag says. The realization is targeted for 2020 after obtaining the building permit. (ah)
