Zurich: Spaces establishes coworking place in Ambassador House
ISG, a company specializing in the expansion and conversion of office space, has built a coworking location for Spaces in the Ambassador House in Zurich-Opfikon. The project volume was over CHF 3 million.
The "Spaces Ambassador House" will comprise a total of 200 workstations on two floors - in total, the coworking location is 1,600 sqm. According to ISG, the project volume amounts to CHF 3.06 million.
The company has a Europe-wide framework agreement with the International Workplace Group (IWG), which includes Spaces, Regus, Basepoint and Openoffice.
In Zurich, the challenges lay in adapting the existing building structure to the Spaces concept, ISG said in a statement. The ceiling design, air conditioning and flooring were adapted to the Spaces specifications. The project was completed on time and within budget and handed over after two and a half months of construction. (ah)
