Zurich: PWG invests 80 million
Last year, the PWG Foundation invested around CHF 80 million in the purchase of nine properties and in construction projects in the city of Zurich.
According to the PWG Foundation, nine apartment buildings have been acquired for CHF 56.56 million. At the end of the year, the foundation had 150 properties with 1,725 apartments and 313 commercial properties in its portfolio.
In fiscal 2018, two new buildings with a total of 35 apartments were leased, and an additional 104 apartments are currently under construction at three locations. A total of 77 million will be invested in these construction projects, the foundation said. The investment value of the properties was 722 million, 58 million more than in the previous year. (ah)
