Züblin is buying again
Züblin Immobilien Holding has invested again for the first time since 2008 - in a mixed-use property in Zurich-Oerlikon.

Züblin Immobilien Holding has acquired a co-ownership interest in a fully leased office and retail property located directly at Oerlikon train station, the company says.
In total, the property has around 10,000 sqm of office, retail and restaurant space. The portion purchased by Züblin is 3,243 sqm and comprises mostly office space as well as 40 of a total of 143 below-grade parking spaces.
According to the company, the annual rental income of the acquired share amounts to CHF 1.1 million, which corresponds to approximately 12% of the portfolio's rental income. Züblin did not provide details on the seller or the purchase price. (ah)
