Basel: Regus opens in Stücki Park
Regus has opened its third location in Basel. The company occupies around 1,000 sqm in Stücki Park.
According to Regus, the Stücki Park location was already opened in mid-March. The offer of flexible office and co-working spaces is aimed at small, medium and large companies.
Stücki Park will be redesigned and expanded by 2023. The existing buildings will be connected to each other and four new buildings will be added to them. The leasable area will almost double by around 33,000 square meters to over 60,000 square meters. Owner Swiss Prime Site is investing CHF 190 million.
Regus was supported by CBRE Zurich in its relocation to Stücki Park. (ah)
