Zurich: The Circle continues to fill up
In recent weeks, rental agreements for around 3,000 sqm have been signed for the Headquarters & Offices module in the major project The Circle.
Management consulting firm Horváth & Partners has rented space for its 100 employees in Switzerland, and the airport company itself will also relocate its headquarters to The Circle. This is according to a statement from the company.
Existing tenants of the Headquarters & Offices module include Raiffeisen, Microsoft and the software company Isolutions. There will also be a 3,000-square-foot coworking offering in the building. "Spaces The Circle" will be the largest shared office in Switzerland, the statement said.
Flughafen Zürich AG wants to implement a new spatial concept in its new headquarters. The workplaces are to be freely selectable within the offices and will also be divided into different work zones so that employees can choose a workstation according to their activity in one of the different zones. The move is scheduled for 2020. (ah)
