Zurich: Three new office tenants for Gerbergasse
Nearly 1,100 sqm of office space has been newly leased at Gerbergasse 5, a property owned by PSP Swiss Property. SPG Intercity Zurich acted as agent.
At Gerbergasse 5, between Bahnhofstrasse and Löwenstrasse, M1 Med Beauty Swiss, Colin & Cie. Switzerland and JUUL Labs Switzerland will move in. SPG Intercity was commissioned by the owner PSP Swiss Property to re-let the vacated space in a prime business location.
M1 Med Beauty, which claims to be the German market leader in beauty medicine, is expanding into Switzerland and will occupy a partial space of 223 sqm on the second floor, according to SPG Intercity. On the second floor, the consulting and management company Colin & Cie. will move into a 434 sqm space. JUUL Labs Switzerland, a provider of e-cigarettes, will move into 438 sq. m. of space on the third floor. (ah)
