Expansion: Wincasa opens branch in Zug
The real estate service provider Wincasa AG is opening a new branch in Zug on November 26, thus expanding its network to 24 locations. The branch manager in Zug is Daniel Moser.
Daniel Moser's team comprises eleven employees who cover the region from Zug, Schwyz and Zurich South to March and Höfe.
Wincasa's managed real estate portfolio in Central Switzerland has grown steadily in recent months, Wincasa says. "It is only logical that we open a branch in Zug. We know the conditions here very well," says Moser.
The Wincasa branch is located in Feldpark, where a new urban quarter is being built.
Wincasa, a wholly owned subsidiary of Swiss Prime Site, manages around 215,000 properties with an asset value of CHF 57 billion. Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Winterthur, the public limited company is now present at 24 locations in all parts of the country. (ah)
