Aarburg: Start of construction for next stage of webipark.ch
In Aarburg, the foundation stone was laid for the third stage of Fortimo's webipark.ch development.
In the third and at the same time last construction stage of webipark.ch near the Aarburg train station, 62 rental apartments and three business premises will be realized according to the Minergie standard.
A longitudinal structure will be built that blends in with the overall residential and commercial development without interrupting views within the site and towards the old town of Aarburg.
According to Fortimo, the apartments will be built to a high standard and some will be wheelchair-accessible. According to the company, the commercial spaces are particularly suitable for practices, offices and small businesses. (ah)
