Reinforcement for pom+ Consulting
The real estate consulting company pom+ expands the team. Among others Reto Aus der Au joined as new head of the builder's trust.

Reto Aus der Au has taken over the management of the Service Unit Owner's Trust at pom+ Consulting and supports clients during the planning, projecting and realization phase as well as during the commissioning of buildings.
Before joining pom+, Aus der Au was an independent architect in Baden and Agno. Until 2016, he was responsible for various large-scale projects as overall project manager at several planning and project management companies in Switzerland and abroad, including Baselworld, the supervision of the reconstruction of the Miami Beach Convention Center or the Europapassage in Hamburg.
Furthermore, the company has been strengthened with Stefan Huser, who previously worked for Wincasa for 15 years in various functions, most recently as Chief Risk Officer. At pom+, he works as an expert in the Organization & Processes service unit, focusing on the impact of global and national trends on the real estate industry. He also supports companies in the areas of risk management and process design.
Back in February, Lutz Lebach joined the SAP Real Estate service unit as Expert Requirements Engineering. He initially worked as a Project Engineer and then as an MSR Engineer, SAP Business Analyst and Solution Architect, among others at F. Hoffmann-La Roche and Swisscom.
Since April of this year, Claudia Schuhmacher has been Head of Finance and Controlling at pom+ and Assistant to the CEO. She previously worked in similar positions at various companies.
pom+ is a spin-off of ETH Zurich and provides services for real estate, infrastructures, companies and organizations in the areas of construction, facility, property, portfolio and asset management. About 80 employees work at the headquarters in Zurich and in the branch offices in Basel, Bern, Lausanne, St.Gallen and Frankfurt. (ah)
