Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund completes capital increase
The Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund raised CHF 45.5 million in new money during its capital increase.

Nova Property Fund Management's Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund has issued 445,186 new units at a net price of CHF 102.30 per new unit. This corresponds to a subscription rate of 100%, according to a statement from the fund management company. The new units will be paid on June 17, 2019; in the future, 890,372 fund units will be in circulation.
The new money of 45.5 million will be used to expand and diversify the real estate portfolio. The Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund invests in centrally located real estate throughout Switzerland. The fund is aimed at qualified investors and is traded over-the-counter by Bank J. Safra Sarasin. (ah)
