Zurich: SPS project Yond let at 80%
Swiss Prime Site reports an occupancy rate of 80% for the Yond project in Zurich.

The foundation stone for Yond was laid at the end of 2017, and the property should be ready for occupancy in the fall of this year. According to a statement from Swiss Prime Site, 80% or around 14,000 sqm of the total of around 18,500 sqm had been let as at mid-June. The company is "in active discussions with other potential tenants" for the remaining space.
The first anchor tenants will reportedly include service companies, but manufacturing companies, catering businesses and retailers will also move into the Yond. The property comprises spaces that are independent of use with various interior design concepts that are intended to meet the changing space requirements of the tenants as far as possible.
The investment volume for the project is estimated at CHF 91 million (including land), Swiss Prime Site expects an annual rental income of CHF 4.8 million. (ah)
