Vontobel fund VSREE open for new capital

Vontobel Sustainable Real Estate Europe (VSREE) completed its sixth closing in March. with the acquisition of an office property in Finland completed. The seventh closing of the fund has now been opened on June 21.

VSREE currently comprises 18 properties in six countries with an investment volume of around 320 million euros. The current return from January 1 to May 31 this year is put at 6.7%. The distribution for the current fiscal year is expected to be "well above 5%," informs the fund's capital management company Quadoro Investment. (ah)
