Zurich: Leasing in the Bahnhofstrasse
In Zurich's Bahnhofstrasse, SPG Intercity has leased 620 sqm of office space to a company in the financial industry.
The real estate service provider had been commissioned by the owner of the property at Bahnhofstrasse 13/17, Swiss Life, to find new tenants for the historic building with a total of around 2,500 sqm of leasable space.
According to SPG Intercity, a company from the financial industry has been awarded the last space on the third floor. The company plans to move into the approximately 620 sqm office space in August.
In April, SPG Intercity Zurich had already reported that more than 1,800 sqm of the 2,500 sqm total space had been leased. A total of four tenants were acquired: A media company and three financial service providers, one of which is a Swiss company. (ah)
