Handover of the baton at Nüesch Development
André Habegger and Claudio Däscher take over the activities of Nüesch Development in German-speaking Switzerland as managing partners.

The partners of the Nüesch Development Group - Klauspeter Nüesch, Andreas Binkert, Georg Schärrer and Tobias Reinhard - have arranged their succession:
Nüesch Development (Schweiz) AG was founded retroactively as of March 1, 2019; as managing partners, Claudio Däscher and André Habegger are now responsible for the company's activities in German-speaking Switzerland. Däscher and Habegger together hold 60% in the new company and the group company Nüesch Development holds 40%.
This step will allow the founding partners to devote more time to the support of the subsidiaries and selected projects, the company says.
Nüesch Deutschschweiz focuses on internal development, in particular on cross-owner planning, site development and the design of special real estate.
Claudio Däscher (1985) joined Nüesch Development in 2011; he is an architect as well as a business economist and is currently completing an MAS in Real Estate at the University of Zurich (Curem). He has most recently been working on cross-owner internal development, particularly in connection with projects in Emmenbrücke, Oensingen and Worb.
André Habegger (1987) is an architect and business economist. He has been involved in development and realization in existing buildings for the last few years. Habegger joined the company in 2018, previously working at Righetti Partner Group.
Nüesch Development (Schweiz) AG is part of the Nüesch Development Group, which operates various companies in Switzerland and abroad. According to its own information, the company is currently securing sites in German-speaking Switzerland for an underground freight railroad, developing a modular commercial concept for an area of around 100,000 sqm and is responsible for the overall project management of the expansion of Olma Messen (SG) above the current highway.
