Investis places bond again
Investis has once again placed a fixed-interest bond with a volume of CHF 140 million on the market.
According to Investis, the bond has a volume of CHF 140 million with a coupon of 0.05%. The term is four years.
The money will be used to refinance short-term bank loans and expand the real estate portfolio.
Zürcher Kantonalbank, Credit Suisse and Bank Vontobel acted as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the transaction. Admission to trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange will be applied for and the bond issue is scheduled for October 9, 2019, Investis added.
The real estate company has already in January of this year placed a bond for CHF 140 million. (ah)
