Polymen fund yields 4.8%
Procimmo's Polymen Fonds Immobilier reports an investment return of approximately 4.8% and a return on equity of 4.7% for the first half of 2019.

Procimmo reports that as of June 30, 2019, Polymen Fonds Immobilier achieved an investment return 4.79% (calculated over twelve months). Return on equity (ROE) increased year-on-year from 2.96% to 4.67%. The net asset value is CHF 128.65 per unit compared to CHF 125.90 as of June 30, 2018.
Procimmo puts total income at around 10.9 million and total expenses at 7.4 million. Total income in the first half of the year rose from 5.2 to 5.8 million within the year.
The Fund's rental income decreased slightly from 10.7 million to 10.6 million; the rent default rate also increased slightly from 3.57% to 3.59%.
The EBIT margin wasTP2T 62.111 compared withTP2T 60.851 in the previous year. The leverage ratio was 26.20% (previous year: 25.95%). The TER REF (GAV) decreased significantly year-on-year from 1.12% to 0.90%.
As of the end of June, Polymen's net fund assets were 335.8 million and total fund assets were 471.6 million. (ah)
