With the JED, Swiss Prime Site is constructing a new building on the site of the former printing center of the NZZ in Schlieren (ZH), which, in addition to office space, also includes meeting zones and catering and event areas.

An industrial hall with ceilings up to 18 meters high and additional banquet and event areas will be available on 2,200 square meters, plus a restaurant.

Nicolai Squarra will take over the operation of the catering and event areas. He has been managing director of dine&shine Event Catering since 2015, is responsible for SV Group's event division and is a board member of the Expo Event industry association. Squarra will continue with dine&shine until July 1, 2020, and will take over the new operation on Oct. 1, 2020. For

In 2016, Squarra and dine&shine used the vacant halls as an event location and for a pop-up restaurant for 18 months as part of the "Offset" interim use project.
